Health and Safety Protocols

Guests will need to be fully vaccinated with an FDA or WHO authorized vaccine in order to attend the November 4 fan performance and must show proof of vaccination at their time of entry into the theatre with their valid ticket. “Fully vaccinated” means November 4th must be:

• at least 14 days after your second dose of an FDA or WHO authorized two dose COVID-19 vaccine, or
• at least 14 days after your single dose of an FDA or WHO authorized single dose COVID-19 vaccine.

The only exception to the above will be for guests under the age of 12, or those who need reasonable accommodations due to a medical condition or sincerely held religious belief that prevents vaccination. Guests under 12 and those who need reasonable accommodations due to a medical condition or sincerely held religious belief must provide proof of at least one of the following:

• negative COVID-19 PCR test taken within 72 hours of the performance start time, or
• negative COVID-19 antigen test taken within 6 hours of the performance start time.

Proof of vaccination (or negative test for guests under the age of 12 and those seeking reasonable accommodations due to a medical condition or sincerely held religious belief) must come directly from the healthcare provider that performed the vaccination (or test for guests under the age of 12 and those seeking reasonable accommodations due to a medical condition or sincerely held religious belief). Guests can present proof via an official governmental mobile app or website containing vaccination or testing information, or a photo or physical copy of a vaccination card or test result. New York State residents, or anyone who received a COVID-19 vaccine, or was administered a COVID-19 test, in New York State may present proof through the use of the Excelsior Pass (for more details, visit: https://epass.ny.gov).

In addition to providing proof of vaccination (or negative test result, as applicable) in accordance with these protocols, all guests must present a government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license or passport (guests younger than 18 may present a school photo ID). Guests under 12 must be accompanied by an adult who meets the above requirements.

Masks are required to be worn properly at all times except while actively eating or drinking when seated.

This policy is subject to change, but will be clearly communicated to ticket holders in advance of their performance.

You acknowledge and understand that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any place where people gather and agree to Jujamcyn Theaters’ Terms and Conditions, including the COVID-19 safety measures and waiver of liability agreement.
